Community Living Services Program (CLSP)
The Community Living Services Program (CLSP) helps people with significant disabilities live more independently in their homes and communities. We believe in the Independent Living Philosophy, which focuses on consumer control, peer support, self-help, self-determination, and equal access.
CLSP is funded by state funds, and we provide services as long as funding is available. Because many people need these services and funding is limited, we keep a waiting list for those who qualify.
The CLSP program can help buy things like assistive devices, durable medical equipment, home modifications, wheelchair ramps, bathroom modifications, and vehicle modifications for people with disabilities who meet certain income guidelines.
