Freedom Path Transportation

Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service offers reliable rides and door-to-door service to:

• Medical appointments

• Bank and other errands
• Meetings and outings  

Vehicles are equipped to accommodate both those who walk independently and need stand-by assistance, and those needing wheelchairs and mobility devices, ensuring safe and comfortable travel.

Accessibility Features

All our transport options include features such as wheelchair ramps, securement systems, and trained staff to assist passengers. These adaptations support independence and ease of travel for individuals with diverse mobility needs. 

Certified service animals are allowed to ride but copies of their certification and shot records will be required for documentation. 

Appointments & Scheduling

We provide transportation in Kanawha County, West Virginia, focusing on timely and flexible scheduling. Our team coordinates rides tailored to individual needs, helping users maintain their daily routines without transportation barriers.

24-hour advanced notice is required for all appointments.   We advise you call as soon as possible to schedule your appointment as the schedule fills quickly each week.   Appointments are first come first served.

We accept some medical insurance providers such as UMWA and we are a provider for CareCar. 

Private Pay rates include a $8.50 round trip ride fee + a mileage charge at the standard federal reimbursement rate.

We accept cash or PayPal.   Payment is required at the end of the trip.
